Attendant Outreach

Attendant Outreach services can be provided in the individuals home, place of employment or educational setting. The attendant follows the individuals direction and assists them with their activities of daily living.

Based on an individual's requirements, Personal Support and Homemaking Services are provided to a person with physical disabilities under the individual's direction, by an attendant on a pre-scheduled visitation basis in their home. Services are available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Nurturing Services:
This service is available to parents with a physical disability that require physical assistance to carry out normal parenting activities of daily living. Individuals must meet the eligibility criteria for attendant care in order to receive this service.

Brokerage Services:
This service offers individuals the opportunity to be actively involved in recruitment and scheduling of their own Attendant Care Services.
