Chronic Disease Self-Management Program

The Barrie Community Health Centre (BCHC) is offering a 6 week Chronic Disease Self-Management Program in January and March 2010.

This is a workshop that teaches the skills needed to manage the daily challenges of living with chronic health issues – with the goal of helping you improve the quality of your life. Cost is $35.00 but there is financial assistance available. Call 705-734-9690 x 222 for more details.
