The Accessibility Resource Centre was created in August 2008. It is funded by the Ministry of Health & Long Term Care through the Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integrated Network ( LHIN)’s Aging at Home program.
This Centre offers services at no charge and was established to provide guidance and direction to seniors throughout the Simcoe Muskoka as they attempt to remain independent within their own homes when deteriorating health issues surface.
ARC educates and assists people by searching out the best solutions for their unique needs and is intended to compliment and support existing health care services.
